Since our products at VillageSe, a D2C company under Peepal Leaf Enterprise Pvt Ltd   are homemade and perishable, we follow a strict no-return policy. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we’re happy to help in the following cases:

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements if:
✅ The product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect upon delivery.
✅ The order was not delivered within the promised timeframe.

❌ We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by the customer (e.g., not available to receive delivery).

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us within 24 Hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear images of the damaged/spoiled product.
  • Our team will review and process refunds within 7 working days.
